- Content production is the actual material you are
putting in front of the people you are training, this can be from simple
training aids such as leaflets through to a part task trainer or a fully
operational piece of equipment such as an Aircraft or Car.

- Post Assessment - To analyse the student and the
effectiveness of the training, we recommend that this be done on one,
two, three and six month period.

where possible we try to use templates to
drive down the cost of training, from our experience we can save between
30 to 50% of the budget, using this money to build more training or
just saving you money.

goals where either there is small numbers for training or generic training
delivers and fits well, in this instance we can give advice and analyse
the training whether product or service based.
